stuck at 5,000 rpm's
New cdi, ignition coil, spark plug, cleaned and checked cvt, removed kickstart, adjusted valves (.005 intake, .005 ex.). Adjusted idle and air/fuel, still idles roughly and won't rev past 5000. Anyone know what I could be missing?
