New member - Problems with 2015 Ice Bear Mad Dog

Last week I bought a new 2015 Ice Bear Mad Dog. The 2015's have a digital display and the battery icon keeps flashing. Took the scooter back to the dealership yesterday and they couldn't find the cause of the problem.
I'm starting to regret my purchase. Any suggestions/feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

Did you check to see if the battery is charging? Test across the poles and see if you're getting 13.5+ volts. It sounds like a bad connection somewhere to me.
