I had to remove the seat, 2- push pins, and 4 bolts to remove the cover to be able to measure correctly.
It is 9 3/8" center to center on each side. Getting the across the scooter measurement is hard as the bolt hole pattern, is located on the side of the main frame tube. The measurement is 15" bolt to bolt. The width of my rear rack frame is 18" wide. Good luck. There are a few write up's over on ADV concerning the SSR Rowdy, they seem to hold up pretty well from the couple I read. In the BattleScooter section.
