Stage 6 14/42 up gears for the Yamaha Zuma 50

Struggling to get this to fit into transmission case bearing. It seems too big, I’ll stick it in freezer and heat up bearing to give it another shot, but maybe I need a different bearing or different final drive set.

I tried to delete my reply totally but it wont let me. I thought you where talking about another bearing. The method you mention is the same method we use.

All good, and I think your deleting worked as I only saw this. Thanks for the reply, I’ll update if I can get it in.

Building motor with new everything including cases. Anyone have knowledge on stage 6 air intake with option to plug vacuum line and oil line? What’s the advantage over having plugged into the carb?

So the problem was that up gears were for the European Zuma, which has different trans and bearings. American version of part should arrive today.

Uggggg why????? Part arrived, different sku number same problem. I’m going to looking into a custom bearing or pressuring gear onto stock final drive.

I only order from U.S. based dealers. Swap Shop or Drow. I've ordered from Canada and got the wrong parts and its such a hassle to return them. I knew someone who had a liquid cooled Aerox motor so he got a bunch of those wrong parts.
