Here's the thing. The price puts it within reach of the Suzuki GW-250, Honda Rebel and CB300F. This has happened before. The Kymco Venox 250 was a better bike on paper than a Rebel or VStar 250 but cost more. People will always go brand name first, unless a dealer is a Honda/SYM in which case they can bring it to a place they can trust.
