Had some guy work on my scooter never got it running now I have no spark change CDI stator coil and starter relay still no spark can anyone help me

We need way more information than that. What kind of scooter? Have you changed the spark plug. Is there power to the ignition coil? Is the kill switch on? Do you have lights? Get back to us.

Linhai 260 cc changed cdi stator new battery and starter relay and coil stil no spark is there a schematic on how to test the electrical system

I would start at the ignition coil to check if you have power there. Also look at the trigger on the flywheel and see if there is power there. Have you replaced the spark plug?
